Boneless leg of lamb flavored with Rosemary, extra-virgin olive oil, North African spices, and roasted to perfection. Served with basmati rice, sautéed vegetables, mint sauce and fruit chutney.

Saffron Chicken   $18.99
Skinless and boneless chicken breast marinated in traditional Algerian and Moroccan herbs and spices such as coriander, cilantro, saffron and cinnamon. Served with basmati rice, sautéed vegetables and fruit chutney.

Spicy Saffron Shrimp   $18.99
Large shrimp marinated then cooked in a delicate saffron and coconut milk sauce. Served with basmati rice, sautéed vegetables and fruit chutney.

Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce   $18.99
Fresh salmon baked to perfection. We got rid of that fishy and wet texture salmon is usually associated with and we serve it with a nice yogurt dill sauce, rice and sautéed vegetables.

Mezze (or Vegetarian Medley)   $18.99
A nice assortment of different vegetarian dishes from North Africa and the middle east such as Falafel, Spinach and Feta pie, roasted vegetables, Hummus, Zaalouk and served with different sauces.

Apricot Glazed Ham   $16.99
Our pride and joy - the dish that put us on the map. The New York Times called it "sublime." The best way to describe it is to say that it is the best ham on planet Earth. It is a sweet ham.
